By using this Site, registering as a member of Cedarcloud Survey, participating in the Cedarcloud Survey Points (“Points” or “Cedarcloud Survey Points”) membership program (“Cedarcloud Survey Points Program” or “Points Program”), or participating in any survey or study provided or hosted by Cedarcloud Survey (each, a “Survey” and collectively “Surveys”), you agree to these Terms of Use and Membership (“Terms”) and confirm that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
Our Privacy Policy explains how Cedarcloud Survey collects, uses, and stores your personal information. If you do not agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy, please do not use this Site.
Cedarcloud Survey reserves the right to modify these Terms and/or our Privacy Policy at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of this Site means you accept the revised Terms.
Eligibility
Joining any Cedarcloud Survey group is free and limited to individuals aged 16 and above, or those who meet the legal age requirements in their region. If you are under 18, any prizes or cash rewards will be paid to your legal guardian. You are only allowed one account per person.
Registration and Passwords
To earn Points or participate in Surveys, you must register and provide your full legal name, home address, valid email address, and accurate, current, and complete information. You may only use one password per account and must keep it secure. Cedarcloud Survey is not responsible for losses due to unauthorized access unless caused by its gross negligence. You agree to notify Cedarcloud Survey immediately of any unauthorized access.
Relationships
Your participation does not create any employment or partnership relationship. You are an independent contractor, and Points or other incentives are the only compensation you will receive.
Code of Conduct
Cedarcloud Survey is an online community. Please follow these rules:
Be Courteous: Respect others and maintain a safe, comfortable environment.
Prohibited Content: Do not post personal or financial information; illegal or harmful material; political, religious, or ideological content; obscene, harassing, defamatory, or misleading material; advertising, spam, or solicitations; or copyright-infringing content.
Survey Integrity: Answer surveys truthfully and thoughtfully. Points may be withheld for dishonest or rushed responses.
Account & Access Rules: Use your account only in your registered country; do not use VPNs, proxies, or shared Wi-Fi that may cause duplicate IPs; ensure your device language and region match your registration; access the Site for personal use only; do not impersonate others; do not collect personal information about other members; do not use bots or harmful code. Violation of these rules may result in account termination and loss of Points.
Uploading Content
User Content you upload will be treated as non-confidential. By uploading, you grant Cedarcloud Survey and its clients a non-exclusive license to use, store, copy, distribute, and display your content. Cedarcloud Survey may remove or edit any content violating these Terms.
Content Rules: When uploading content (including images), comply with laws and copyrights; do not upload others’ personal information without consent; do not post offensive, defamatory, or false material; only upload images you own or have permission to use; you are fully responsible for your uploaded content. Cedarcloud Survey may edit, remove, or disclose content as required by law or third-party claims.
Confidentiality of Surveys
Surveys may include confidential materials or proprietary information. You must keep all Survey materials strictly confidential and not disclose or use them outside of the Survey. Violations may result in termination and legal liability.
Cedarcloud Survey Points
What Are Points? Points are credits earned through authorized participation activities, redeemable for cash or rewards.
Earning Points: You can earn Points by completing Surveys or filling in demographic profiles. You may not qualify for all Surveys. Disqualification may result from profile mismatch, false or inconsistent answers, abusive behavior, or failing quality checks.
Redeeming Points: 1,000 Points = $1.00 USD. Points may be redeemed for cash or vouchers. Vouchers or e-vouchers are sent within 3 weeks. PayPal payments are processed within 3 weeks.
Expiration: Points are valid for 12 months from earning date. They expire automatically if unused or if your account is inactive for 12 months.
Misconduct and Fraud
If Cedarcloud Survey detects fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity, your account may be terminated, and all Points forfeited. Legal action may be taken for damages.
Transferability
Points have no cash value outside the program and cannot be transferred or pledged to third parties.
Program Duration and Changes
The Points Program may be modified or terminated at any time. Upon termination, you have 30 days to redeem any remaining Points.
Intellectual Property
All Site content and trademarks (including “Cedarcloud Survey” and “cedarcloudsurvey.com”) are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any Site content without permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Cedarcloud Survey provides the Site and Program “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” Points do not represent real money or bank deposits. Cedarcloud Survey disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a purpose, and data accuracy.
Limitation of Liability
Cedarcloud Survey’s total liability shall not exceed the actual retail value of the disputed reward or equivalent Points value. Cedarcloud Survey is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Cedarcloud Survey harmless from all claims or damages arising from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Canceling Your Account
You may cancel your account anytime by visiting https://cedarcloudsurvey.com/contactus or through “Account Details” → “Unsubscribe Options” → “Cancel your account”. Upon cancellation, all Points will be forfeited.
Tax Liabilities
You are responsible for paying any applicable taxes on rewards. Cedarcloud Survey may provide information to tax authorities as required by law.

Cedarcloud Survey is not responsible for the content or accuracy of third-party websites linked from this Site.

General Terms
These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Venue for injunctions is San Diego County, California. Each party bears its own arbitration costs. Arbitration proceedings are confidential. Claims must be filed within one year of arising. Clicking “I Agree” or similar online consent equals a legally binding signature.
